One of the ways to reduce carbon dioxide emission is a modern, fuel efficient fleet, meeting the highest standards in terms of exhaust emissions such as the Euro 6 standard. In Kawczyński Logistics we have found response to these requirements in the Mercedes-Benz make; thus we decided to replace our fleet with the latest Actros models. Until the end of 2021, as many as 170 semitrailers with the Kawczyński Logistics logo will feature a star on the hood. These vehicles allow for even higher fuel efficiency thanks to – among others - MirrorCams technology, which is a system of cameras and displays replacing the traditional mirrors. It improves aerodynamics of the system, contributing to further reduction of fuel consumption, and thus CO2 emission. A similar result is achieved by the use of intelligent cruise control Predictive Powertrain Control, which latest version is offered by Actros.
