In Kawczyński Logistics we have created a sense of belonging to the local community and responsibility resulting from our achievements and stable development. Therefore, we try to support areas that in our opinion play a major role in a modern society. They obviously include education and focus on high quality education of future workers on the local market. Therefore, we concluded a cooperation agreement with a school in Nakło nad Notecią, within which our company helps in organization of practical education and apprenticeship. It features a wide variety of activities that assist students in broadening their knowledge and offer an opportunity to explore the actual workplace. They include educational trips to various workplaces and professionally prepared apprenticeship and internship programs. Thanks to them, graduates have already acquired experience and skills that help them to find an attractive job. Many of those most talented students have found employment in our company after their graduation.
